Sales and Marketing Specialist (f/m/d – 100%)

Your Responsibilities

• Your mission is to generate publicity and acquire new customers
• You plan and execute a sales and marketing roadmap to meet our sales goals
• You lead and coordinate the sales process starting from the first contact until the sales decision
• You define and report key performance indicators to constantly measure the progress and success
• You ensure high quality in all our public relations
• You build up and use a proper CRM system
• You contribute to a dynamic work environment
• You are strongly involved in the corporate development and strategic decisions

Your Profile

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or related areas
• You have extensive experience and proven know-how in sales, marketing and public relations
• You are an excellent communicator and understand different buyer personas
• You have the ability to prioritize, complete tasks and meet deadlines
• You are proactive, self-driven and motivated to do hands-on work
• You are a team player and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
• You have the willingness to travel to customers (initially mainly in Switzerland)
• You are fluent in German and English
