Senior Compressor Specialist (f/m/d – 100%)
Your responsibilities - Make the product ready for market entry
- You lead and coordinate the development and optimization of the compressor and expander technology
- You detect, analyze and solve problems of the compressors and expanders on our test benches and at the customer sites
- You identify and define the engineering requirements in close alignment with our product and market roadmap
- You plan and execute an engineering roadmap including proper risk management
- You do hands-on work in the labs and the installations on the customer sites
- You contribute to a dynamic work environment
Your profile - Compressor enthusiast that thrives in a dynamic startup environment
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
- You have proven know-how of compressors and expanders, ideally rotary-screw technologies
- You have extensive experience in development of hydraulic, pneumatic and high-pressure systems
- You have a logical and analytical problem-solving mindset
- You have the ability to prioritize, complete tasks and meet deadlines
- You are proactive, self-driven and motivated to do hands-on work
- You have the willingness to travel to our labs in Hasle bei Burgdorf and the installations on the customer sites (initially mainly in Switzerland)
- You are fluent in German and English
